• As MountainBowling/P-Dubs is a Family Fun Center, we please ask you to never engage in offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviors

• Remember, we are all human and make mistakes. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience please bring it to management. We are happy to make it right

• Our staff is our family, we ask that you treat them with the utmost respect. If your unsatisfied with your service, please request to speak to management

• Loyalty reward points cannot be transferred or combined to or with other members

• Party and event cancellation policies are contract specific, please refer to your contract for details

• Lane Reservations are done online only under the “Reservation” tab & require a non refundable deposit

• If you have a table reserved under your membership and your party is not here within 15 minutes of your reservation time we will not be able to hold your table. This may result in losing your reservation privileges

• Cancellation policy for table reservation: if you fail to cancel for parties with 11+ guests an hour before your reserved table time it could result in losing your reservation privileges • In the event a membership is terminated, cancelled or revoked for any reason in accordance to terms and conditions all points and rewards are forfeited
